iTracer app for iPhone and iPad

Tracer is a Mobile Inspection and Work Order software for your iPhone. The Tracer application requires a subscription to the Tracer Pro service in order to operate. Through the Tracer Pro service you are able to capture and manage Inspections and Work Orders with Time/Date Stamped images and GPS coordinates of your location at the time of capture.

Tracer allows Property Managers, Inspectors, and/or Maintenance Personnel the ability to create Inspections and Work Orders on their iPhone and push those records back to a central database to be accessed from their offices. The Tracer Pro service is fully integrated with TOPS Professional and Jenark Property Management Software, and also integrates with the Violations module of VMS.

You no longer have to juggle a pad of paper, a camera, a pen and copies of your current list of home owner Inspections and open Work Orders. Tracer takes the place of all of these items by allowing you the ability to create, track, update and manage your records through your iPhone.

1. Record Inspections and Work Orders in the field and transmit them wirelessly back to the office.
2. Capture Time/Date Stamped images of Inspections and Work Orders with GPS locations recorded.
3. Update existing Inspections and Work Orders. Add new images, edit descriptions, and mark records as closed if the issue has been resolved. Track a list of Materials used to repair a Work Order or escalate an Inspection to the next level automatically by sending a new image to the system showing the problem still exists.
4. Tracer works in areas with poor cell phone reception.
5. Fully integrated with TOPS Professional and Jenark’s Violation and Work Order modules.
The Tracer application uses your cell phone signal only when downloading your Organizations (HOA, Community, or Condominium Association) and when uploading your newly created or updated records back to the Tracer Pro service. During the rest of the process you are working in an “island mode,” allowing you to walk in and out of coverage areas while still creating and updating records.
